What does tenscores do exactly?
Tenscores monitors (or tracks) Google Adwords quality scores and helps advertisers reduce their Adwords costs by showing them where and how to optimize their keywords.
Who is it for?
It is for Google Adwords advertisers who are aware of the importance of Quality Score.
Who is it not for?
It is NOT for advertisers who have no interest in optimizing their Quality Scores.
How does it work?
Tenscores uses the Adwords API to collect information it needs from AdWords. Once your Tenscores account is set up, all you have to do is login daily to see the performance of your keywords in terms of Quality Score.
It sounds like an awesome service, why is it only $9.95/month?
We may increase the price anytime. We're still in beta so we'd like as many people as possible to try it out and give us feedback. We also have other tools coming up and we'd like you to feel the Tenscores experience early on with as little wallet friction as possible.
Why does it take 24 hours for set up after I've made my payment?
To monitor your account, we need to link it to our Adwords My Client Center (MCC). It is a process that has to be done manually and our staff is currently limited. But... most of the time it will take a lot less than 24 hours.
What information is gathered from my Adwords account?
Everyday, Tenscores creates a keyword report in your Adwords account. The keyword report involves all the information available in the interface including clicks, CTR, impressions, min bid, average position & conversions. We use this data to show it back to you in relation to quality score.
Will you have access to my profitable keywords?
No. We greatly value our customer's trust and strive to keep their sensitive information private. We do NOT access our clients accounts for purposes other than providing the service we promise. We do NOT share or sell our clients information with third parties under no circumstances.
Is there a way to verify the information that is gathered by Tenscores?
Yes. Tenscores creates a keyword report every day. That report is saved in your adwords account and you can verify it's content anytime by going to your AdWords control panel and library.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your Tenscores membership anytime by either stopping the recurrent payments through your Paypal account or by simply sending us a quick email: support(at)tenscores.com
